A World Away…

Each day we walk our homes and cities with our eyes closed,

We see what we expect, and we expect what we know,

We know our little coffee shop and our bar with bottles posed.

We know our work, friends and family and how our days flow.

As the year goes, holidays draw closer and time will not stay,

We find ourselves seeking a change to break what is the same,

We find ourselves in deep dreams of places… ‘A World Away,’

So we open our eyes to adventures and our spirits wild flame.

We make our load a little lighter and we spread our wings worldwide,

We travel to new places, meet new faces, and make memories and victories

We see new things the future brings uncovering secrets that hide inside.

We find ourselves a world away sitting revealing all our travel stories.
